We accept most forms of dental insurance. Please feel free to call our office with any insurance related questions or concerns. We will verify your coverage before filing with the insurance company.
Payment is due when services are rendered. If you have dental insurance, we will estimate the amount covered by your policy, and you will be responsible for any balance. Should the actual coverage differ from the estimated amount, you will receive a bill for any additional balance due.
